This Privacy Policy explains how Phoenix Link handles personal information connected with Phoenix Invoice Link, our website, purchase fulfilment, download access, and customer support.
Phoenix Invoice Link is designed as a local desktop-style business app. Business records created inside the installed app are stored on the user's own device unless the user deliberately sends information to Phoenix Link for support or configures an external service.
Phoenix Link may process buyer name, email address, phone number, business name, order reference, selected operating system, payment status, download-token records, website logs, support messages, screenshots, logs, or files supplied for support.
We use this information to process purchases, provide download access, send welcome and support emails, respond to support requests, maintain payment and business records, protect the service from abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Payments may be handled by PayFast or another payment provider. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Phoenix Link does not sell personal information.
We may share information with payment, email, hosting, security, accounting, support, professional-adviser, legal, regulator, or court services where reasonably required.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for purchase fulfilment, support, accounting, tax, security, and legal requirements.
Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, passwords, local app database, email accounts, backups, exported files, and customer privacy notices.
