End User License Agreement

Version: v1.0.0 beta launch

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

By installing, launching, accessing, or using Phoenix Invoice Link, you accept this End User License Agreement and the Phoenix Invoice Link Terms of Service.

Phoenix Link grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Phoenix Invoice Link for your internal business operations.

Unless Phoenix Link agrees otherwise in writing, each purchased licence allows use on one machine for one business entity.

You may create and manage customers, catalog items, quotes, invoices, reports, PDFs, company profile settings, document templates, SMTP settings, and local backups.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, share, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licence controls, remove proprietary notices, or use the Software unlawfully.

Phoenix Invoice Link is distributed through a managed beta launch. Some installers may be unsigned or not yet notarised while Phoenix Link completes formal publisher verification and signing rollout.

Phoenix Link and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Software, documentation, compiled binaries, names, logos, and related assets.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Software. The app is designed to store working data locally on the installed machine.

You are responsible for backing up your data and checking invoices, quotes, reports, tax figures, payment instructions, and customer communications before sending or relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, the Software is provided as is and as available.
